4. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

In no event shall UniVideo Online be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
